A day late. Yesterday was our 12th wedding anniversary and we celebrated with a delicious dinner out, alone, last night. (thanks mom and dad!) We went to Carrabas and had a meal that was over the top, so yummy and relaxing as well. It's amazing how different it is eating without kids around! We had uninterrupted conversation and laughed over the memories we have from the past 12 years.
I haven't always been the best wife, and he hasn't always been the best husband, but we are best for each other and I couldn't imagine life any other way. We have fun, we have a house full of love, and for that I am truly grateful.
So...12 quick years, 5 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 house, (many beat up cars), a few gray hairs, a few wrinkles, a few tears, and millions of happy memories later, here we are.
I am a lucky girl!
